Question about rosters

I was wondering that if i start a season today with default rosters but when these guys come out with new roster, is there anyway i can put that new roster into my already started season.

And another thing, if I start Dynasty, for first season, I want to keep up with all the trades in the NBA, is it possible to make trades for CPU like they happen in real.

1. As far as I know, no. We haven't been able to import rosters into a Dynasty in progress in previous years and I don't see any function to do so in NBA Live 2005. It is possible to copy dbf data, but it's really easy to wipe season data such as player statistics if you do so.

2. Yes, and it's fairly easy as long as you know which columns to change in players.dbf. Basically, you just have to change a player's TEAM, SALARYTEAM and ROSTERPOS (no two players on the same team can share the same ROSTERPOS value). Please note that any transactions you make this way will not show up in the NBA News screen.
