Hey guys..

im done with the whole installation processs and im 100 percent sure that my specs pass the minimum requirements of live 05 (from the video, memory, processor, cd rom, directx, everythin)..

now here's my problem.. everytime i try to play live the monitor turns black and suddenly a prompt window appears telling me that the Program has Perform an Illegeal Operation.. Ive tried re installing the game 4 times in two different computers but still the damn window appears.. Man!! this thing is killin me.. anybody out there who think who can help me pls.. i wud really appreciate ur help.. thanks..

POST YOUR SPECS! WE can't help you if we don't even know what kinda hard- and software you have.

Things to try:
- Update your drivers - graphics card, sound card, chipset drivers
- make sure you have the latest DirectX installed (9.0c)
- get your operating system up-to-date

In your start menu entry, there should be a program called EAsyInfo - run that and check if you pass all the tests (this is assuming they did not take out that program, IIRC all EA Sports titles have it though).

hey john thanks btw...

here are my specs..

850 Mhz intel celeron
256 RAM
32 MB Video Card Asus
CDROM 60x
directx 9.0c

im sure i pass all the minimum requirements with this one right?? im gonna try to update my driver... and see what happens.. know what? i used to play live 04 using those specs but without the video card. (in the lowest detail and resolution).. anybody pls help..

Might need to re-install windows......... or yea, atleast update/service pack it.

Do you get illegal ops for any other software?

Il go for the second one.. ill try to update my windows and see what happens next... thanks Jase.. Anybody out there who has an idea about this problem pls... pls... helpp....
