1 Change format with some graphic Utility program(like ACDsee,ETC...)
JPG to BMP

2 Extract the viv file with BigGui or EA graphic Editor
C:\Program files\easports\nbalive2005\sgsm\common\xshoes.viv

3 Open the Shoes FSH File with FSHX
and Import the BMP file as 256x256 solution

4 Import the FSH file with BigGui or EA graphic Editor
in xshoes.viv

Those are AWESOME!!!!, but do these shoes work for Live 2005? since EA sports changed the shoe format a little

The new shoes are nice as well as all your (old) ones for 2004, but they just aren't the same format
