1/2 changed shoes textures patch

Hi,

EA reduced shoes textures to 64*64, so it looked specially bad. I decided to import 256*256 textures.


Note 1: I changed 78 of 172 shoes textures.


Note 2: Shoes are a little bit messed up because mapping is a little bit diferent.


Note 3: Shoes and their colors aren't very accurate, because i didn't have all colorways so i edited it with PSP. Also instead some stupid shoes, like white with black stripes i imported imported different textures (for example Adidas Pro Cool).


Note 4: I used Andreas Dahl, Steve and cklitsie shoes, so BIG credit to them.




P.S. Link won't be alive forever, so can somebody sugest a site, where i can upload a ~2MB file ?

why dosent anyone ever use my shoes i download a lot of face patches and none of them use my kicks either.

I will use them if you release them for Live 2005. I got a few requests if youre out of ideas.

i made tim duncans shoe again but people dont seem to interested anymore,but it will be released anyways

I think you should've asked permission to Steve and Dahl, etc. first
Also did you just import the exact same shoes as 2004's because they don't line up and there are not just tiny differences like you said.

2. You only updated the large picture.
3. You used the same shoe(s) more than once.
4. Some are 128x128.
5. You used several old shoes that has been updated.
(6. No permission for using the shoes or making changes on them.)

Just trying to give you some constructive criticism

You got to plan your patches better. Not just give out what you got at the moment. Realy plan how it's gonna look when it's done. (1, 2, 5 & 6)
If you wanna be extra careful, you can always ask someone to take a look at it before you release it, if you think it's worth releaseing, in case you've missed something. (3 & 4)

AND, primarily this i was doing for myself, but i saw, that people want better resolution shoes, so i decide to release it...

1. It's more than a little bit, it's a lot on the back of the shoe, and some on the sides.
2. The one named bshor. There are two files, bsho and bshor. One for rather close up (the large one) and one for further away. The small one is 16x16 and still using the old shoe.
3. AJ11's and Shox Jump off. I thought it was the Shox VC 3's also, but I see now that it isn't.
4. And AJ11 and Shox Jump Off. And the sh135, is in 64x64.

I don't wan't you to remove it at all, I just told you what I thought wasn't good with it, and what you could do next time...
