Really disappointed in 2005 multiplayer.

I think EA has lost me for good.
I unistalled 2004 like a month a go waiting for 2005 to come out for pc.

I drove to 5 different store so i could get the game. boy am i disappointed.

The gui for online is worse than last year.. And rated game are set to no fatigue.. (what where they thinking.. Pro play with no fatigue).. the only way to turn fatigue on is to use custom game setup...

The gameplay does not flow as well anymore either. Online games used to be challenging for me now its boring for some reason.. I don get it..
graphics are nice and all but they got this glossy stuff that takes away from immersion.

I buy the game primarily for online play.. Unfortunately its a let down
I will probably only play it from time to time for the slam dunks contest...

I am not going be trolling the boards for release date next year for sure.

i went to the lobby once, and found no body in it execpt me.
(but the game is just released, every one were exploring the single play)

I don't know how bad this year but the online game mode for 2004 is bad anyway.

I think EA didn't pay any hard work on the PC version. They're now only focus on the consoles. Quite disappointed that they let PC gamers down......

I think thats pretty much the gist of it.. The dont care about pc gamers..

In my limited XBox Live experience with the game, it sucks there too, so I think it has little to do with PC gamers in particular.

It sucks to people because they want run to the basket, no defense games. 2005 online (multiplayer) now has the possibility of playing defense, forcing a more realistic inside/outside game.

One thing that I'm happy about the multiplayer aspect is that they included the stamina bar.

Theres no user stats either, so when you play 4 player with your friends you cant see who the weakest link was after the game

Are you serious about no fatigue in rated games? That is just dumb, I sure hope that was a mistake.

Not to mention no save player and game stats, which has really jeapordised nearly all the online leagues out there at the moment.
