My players cant seem to follow offensive sets...

Somehow, the set play (i use sideline traingle) gets broken after a pass or two. then it becomes dynamic.

what's wrong? Is there a way that they can get into their respecive positions on the court in a set play?

What I find ridiculous is that if you play the PG, it's hard to get a post-up play for a PF or C properly set-up with more than 10 seconds on the clock left. Why? First, players always lolly-gag it down the court for some reason, then they suck at setting-up the play (sometimes I have to call it two or three times).

I have the problem on defense, sometimes when i call for a double team, they dont move at all

i just use pick and roll and i would see a lot of mismatches and some of my big men open in the paint. ill pass them the ball and they would do their thing.
