What are your sliders set at?

I was wondering what you guys have for your setting sliders...and global sliders...game speed, pro hop effectivness etc...Im having difficulty finding the best and realastic sliders yet..

havent got to fiddle with them..let alone fiddle with teh game really..so mine are at default
