how do u put the details in the game?

Hey i was wondering how do you set your details when you play live 2004?
Because i play on 1280x1024 on the press box camera and i put it on the end of zoom out so i can see every thing and in the setting i put shadows and reflections on medium and the player detail on high and texture on high too. i have a amd athlon 2500 and a ati radeon 9800 pro card and the game still dosent move the smoothly like its not perfect like other games this is the only game that dosent move smooth.
i dont know if its the game that is so heavy or maybe my settings cause i am having this problem for years with nba live. Oh olso my friends play with the same setting and it dosent move so good.
Of course when I put the camera closer the game moves a lot better but then you dont see the whole court and its not fun to play like this.
