Player Rating for NBA Live 2005

actually the makers of madden have said they receive calls and letters from players asking them to bump thier stats in the next game. they said that when they meet a player at a event or something almost all of them ask to be rated higher. i know this is for madden but i dont see why it would be different for nba players. i could see a player call ea and be like, if i was starting my stats would be crazy so why not bump my rateings a bit? or maybe they go, "you know i am better than him, why does he have a better rateing in lasts years game? take care of me this year ok" lol one guy said a nfl player even bribbed him to get better stats. thats just funny to me.
