I think arm length is be good, but would need to be restricted upon the players height. You don't want a 5 foot 6 guy with a wingpan of 7 foot. His arms would be dragging on the ground when he ran.

How would hand size effect the player/abilities?

The longest arm span I've heard of is 8" longer than the person's height... That could be used.

Players who can palm the basketball have more control over the ball in the air. Guys like Dr J and MJ could perform dunks that players with smaller hands (such as Steve Francis) have more difficulty with.

They need to have clutch as a rating, as it could totally change your whole lineup because you would get certain players because they are clutch and maybe wouldnt get others because they arent clutch. And the clutch rating should impact your overall more than any other rating for it can change whether a trade happens or doesnt happen. We should also be to see all the ratings when comparing players. For example, we should see STAMINA, HARDINESS and PRIMACY, and they should change as well just like all the other ratings do during the dynasty.

there should be an part in the info that asks if the player can palm a ball and there should be option like:
can palm it easily
struggles
can't palm

because palming a ball has nothing to do with your height as im 5'9/10 and i can palm a ball with both hands, and my hands arent all that big. where as steve francis cant palm a ball and he is 6'3.
