I am using the latest NLSC Roster v5. Can this be fixed?

i guess to decrease the TEAM RATING would mean decreasing players rating.. meaning you'll gonna have to decrease ALL ratings (such as rebounding, 3 point shooting, steal, dunk and such) of ALL players with a certain value (like 10-15 or value of your choice). As far as i know, this ratings were based on the actual percentages of players on the current season.

Individual team ratings do not matter much.It all just depends on the individual player ratings.

It's a by-product of the conversion process, since the rosters are originally converted from the NBA Live 08 update.
Basically, it has no noticeable in-game effect and can be ignored. The individual player ratings are far more important and in my simulations, the right teams are winning the most games more often than not. In a nutshell, if you're changing player ratings to make the team's overall look "better", you're doing it wrong. It's better to just ignore it, team overalls do not have the impact a lot of people think they do.

i agree, team rating wont really matter.. but am i right? team ratings are based or somewhat like an average of the team's individual player ratings?

That's right. The way NBA Live 2005 does it isn't ideal, but it shouldn't have any undesirable effects.
