How do locate the...

I would like to change the birthstate on a few guys but I don't know how to locate them in the DB Commander, could someone help me, because I only see up to about 140 ID's when there are way more people than that.

There are fewer entries required for birthstates, since there's only 50 US states plus assorted foreign countries that are listed under the state column in the birth information. Multiple birthplaces (the towns/cities) make use of the same state IDs and multiple player make use of the same birthplace IDs, since there are several players from New York, Chicago, Los Angeles etc.

As such, you should be wary of changing anything in birthstate.dbf as it will affect several players.
