
Do not credit me. Credit Speedy. And to fix the problem even further I was able to find Playmakers Live 2005 sliders as a bonus (strongly reccomend these).

Delete all three files of the files in your settings folder so you wont encounter any crash issues but here are the sliders in case youre not able to use the settings.dat file for any reason.

Playoff style updated sliders
Set PGs,SGs,SFs Def pressure to low for spacing.
Camera: Press Box (auto zoom off and 2 clicks back. This will help you see the whole court and the fasbreaks will look better) Note: I use the 2k camera patch.
To fix the block issue even further lower all pg, sg, sf's block rating to 0. and all C's and Pf's block rating on a scale of 8-40. Be smart Shaq is not the best shot blocker but i would set him 40 most people arent going to dunk on him. Dwight Howard is a definite 40. A michael Beasley would be an 8. Josh Smith 40 (I switched him to PF/SF).
