What programs and method are you using to import the logo textures? The safest method is to extract any FSH files from their respective BIG/VIV files and import the textures, then import the FSH back into the BIG and place it in the sgsm directory. If you are working directly with the VIV files in the FE directory, it may cause this problem. It also might happen if you are making logos for custom teams and not just replacing the current team logos, since creating custom team art requires both hex editing ebo files and creating unique entries in the roster's DBF files.
