Lower camera angle

I play the game on my laptop (16" screen) and it's pretty small. Plus, it's a widescreen so I can't see it on the entire screen without it being distorted. Therefore I need a lower camera angle (Press camera) so I can see the players a little bit closer. Does anyone have a lower camera angle for the Press camera?

i was able to get the tnt stuff from megapload but when i put the file in my sgsm folder it didnt change the appearnace of my menu screen, what could be the problem?
