Dynasty Mode error

I have patched the game with the latest roster.
Played in Dynasty mode with a few custom players that i created in game.
Loading the save game is fine, i only get the error if i try to play a season game in the dynasty mode(after loading the save game).
Is there a fix for this kind of error? Hope anyone can help. Below is the error.

The image isn't showing up for me but if it's a Codebase Error, trying copying the birthtown.dbf and birthstate.dbf files from the originaldb folder or the roster save folder to your Dynasty save folder.

Andrew, I've tried the suggestions you posted but none works. Here's the repost of the error.

Try deleting the contents of your workingdb and currentdb folders. These are found under the database folder within the NBA Live 07 folder under My Documents.

My currentdb folder is empty but i deleted all the files in workingdb folder and it still not working.

In that case, try copying the contents of originaldb to the currentdb and workingdb folders.

Still getting the same error.

Then I'm really at a loss. I've tested the rosters thoroughly and haven't come across a single crash having resolved the shoe edit issue in 3.0.
