2010 All-Star Jerseys

Is anyone willing/able to convert Bryan_C.'s 2010 All-Star jerseys patch for use with NBA Live 2005, or provide their own All-Star jersey update for NBA Live 2005? As court files can be shared between 2005-08 I should be right there once a court update is made available to me but I'm still missing an All-Star jersey that can be used for the 2005 and 06 roster updates. Appreciate any help you can provide.
