primacy rating bug?

why does every time I edit a players primacy rating it always goes back to its default?

-I edit Derick rose primacy to 99 then save it.
-I played the game. then I exit
-And I check back rose primacy rating...it goes back to 91

I don't remember that being a problem with NBA Live 2005, but as I said in my PM I've gotten into the habit of editing Primacy through the DBF since that's the only way to do it in 06-08.
