QUESTION REGARDING THE MEGA-SHOE IN NBALIVE.ORG'

Have you ever downloaded the Mega-Shoe Add-On' on nbalive.org?
After I install the it, it seems that some of the shoes does not have pictures on them. So therefore, I cannot select them...
Do I miss some files? Or it just goes that way?
If you know some facts regarding that matter, pls tell me...thx^^
