Need Help with Head Shape's and Cyberface Patching

I've been able to create my cyberface's and portrait's just fine in the game. The problem I'm having is it seems like they always have the same head shape, so the players look a little off. (Example: I created a Joakim Noah cyberface over Anderson Varejao's cyberface, but in the game the hair doesn't match, even though I have all their features matched up perfectly on the patch.) Is this a problem with some data I need to change, with DB Commander Pro, or is it something else? Please help!

yup edit the appearance.DBF and the players.dbf make sure the appearance ID and Playerpkg are the same. . . ex MIJORDA, KOBRYAN, KEDURAN. . . or JONOAH_

Perhaps you didn't include all (B,C,D) of the viv hair files.
