Using 06, 07 CF's in-game

I can't seem to find a topic about this, so I'm asking:

When I use an 06 or 07 Cyberface on Live 2005, is there anything else to note other than changing the headshape in the .ebo to 05 version?

I believe the bhed is still fine to use so long as you use an NBA Live 2005 .ebo file, though I may be mistaken. Someone with a greater knowledge of face patching can probably confirm or correct me on that.

yea ive converted several 07 cfs before, what you have to do is open the file in fshx, extract the image since it still has an alpha, reimport it back in, save. Then open the ebo (can't be hairshape or the cf won't work) and open it in a hex edit, go to where it says headshape_A.morph or something like that and change it to be headshape_B then enjoy just look for that headshape conversion tutorial somewhere around here, for skin just follow the skin file conversion

but "xxx_hairs.ebo" isn't . how to convert 06 or 07 "xxx_hairs.ebo" to 05?

umm.. so what happens when you leave the _xxxhair. ebo alone (from an 07 cyberface)? will it just turn pink or what?
