Locale Editor

Hmm, not quite sure it's the right place, or that I've missed something, but I recently discovered the wonderful world of modding/patching b'ball games, hence my registration. Basically, I've read the tutorial about using the NBA Locale Editor to edit strings so they correspond with the custom soundtrack I've added. So I download this thing, open it up, and it says "Component 'COMDLG32.OCX' is not currently registered: a file is missing or invalid".

Anything I've missed in how to open this thing?

You probably have to download that missing .OCX file.

Psst...I think I know Smile

EDIT: Well, I got the file, but still the same message. Placed it in the loc folder, the folder of the locale editor, nothing working. Anyone got tips for me? I feel embarassed.

Song names.

You can use a hex editor to edit song names.
