pink heads in Frenchy2k3

I tried to follow the instructions in his Readme file but the rookies showed up with pink heads y?!!??!? :?: :!:

You have to put all the files besides the roster folder(July 24th) your the sgsm folder.

If you missing some other rookies post them.
