Help w/ International & NBL patches

Could someone pls help me, I managed to patch my game with the NBL patch, its in the 'saved file' screen. I load the patch in the game but when i try to play a match say NZ Breakers vs Wollongong it goes into error mode.....
I'm puzzled, anyone can help me?
