Cyberface does'nt work

I made a cyberface of a friend of mine I used the Livingston Bhead but when I do the patch ingame I see my friends face with underneath Livingstons face.. look at the screen. how can I make this work?

If you don't know wether you understood it or not I would guess that you didn't understand it.

Match the new pictures eyes, mouth, noose etc with the old bhed.
