Create-a-player faces missing

Something wrong has happened here - I went to create a player, and even as I am creating a new player, they have a blank purple face. Players with generic in-game created faces also are purple...did I somehow delete the files that the game looks at for making custom cyberfaces?? How did I do that? What file am I missing?

yup, I think I deleted "cz_base.viv", ie creation zone base. that would do it...should be easily fixed
