Dynasty Problem

Hi, I just completed the first year of a Dynasty with the Wizards(won the title), and after completing all the resigning and drafting, when i go to play a game now, i have a strange referee's head floating around in the middle of the screen. This is the second time this has happened to me in the second year of a Dynasty. I don't suppose anyway has any idea how this could be fixed?
