Accurate Shoe Patch for -=Mega Shoe Addon=-HELP NEEDED

Since so many people are requesting for this...i think i'll do it.
But one thing SbhzMafia had stop the working.
Now i'll need help from anyone.
Helping for shoe list about-Player's name and the shoe he is wearing.If possible plz tell me the colours too.
One more thing, please do the list in Team by team so it wll be much more easy for me to do the patch.
