Some problems with editors!!!

ı downloaded nba locale stiring and nba live editor v 2.0
but they dont work
when ı run the nba locale string problem is "comdlg32.ocx"
when ı run the nba editor problem is "00cx000135"
but they dont work

Download the 'comdlg32.ocx' file (Google it) and put it in the same folder as the .exe file 
Just make sure to scan the file for viruses before doing anything with it...

ty..I found comdlg32.ocx and comct332.ocx and now it works..
but editor still doesnt work
