how to import rosters for PS2? need help!!!

hello. i just purchased NBA Live 2005 and i am having trouble figuring out how to import updated rosters. i downloaded a roster file from this site and i cant figure out for the life of me how to get it from the computer to my PS2. i know, i am a clueless noob but i am getting very irritated with this, as i want to start playing already! thanks in advance.
