how to make an install to roster

i want to add lines to the db in an install where you dont replace any files is this possible. perhaps andrew knows because he knows all about that kind of thing.

please anyone im making a really sweat patch and want to make it easier to install.

I don't actually use that method in my installations so I can't help you there, sorry.

You want an installer that ads lines in a .dbf file? I don't know if that's possible though...

what should i do then because i made it over someones roster and i dont want to steal it for my fatch.is there another way

Well if you already know what changes you have made and would like to replace, you can just put it over the original roster and include the entire roster in the patch...
