Can someone tell me which pst i have to read to understand how to make and put the "future draft plyer" in my dinasty?=?

i mean..Bogut,Paul,Gigli et etc...
i know there is the post somewhere but i am not american so its not simple for me find it out..help me please..
How can i put faces,ratings,et etc in my dinasty??--I dlike have the next draft with the real players..
