what is primacy and hardiness and how does it affect the players

effects how much they shoot cpu wise, and how often they may get hurt and how quickly they recover....i think

so tmac, kobe, iverson, lebron should have a high ratting in primacy because theu shoot a lot???? and guys like alvin williams, mcdyess, grant hill should have low hardiness because they are often injuried?
