How to get the default jerseys back?

I installed the jersey patch but i want to get the default Jerseys back but I don't know how to. I de-installed the game and deleted each folder even the the folder in my documents. Then i re-installed the game but the jerseys were not changed and are still the same.

Could anyone help please?

the default jersey folder/files is on your nba live disc if u perm installed extract the folder and files from there, if u temp installed, just delete the files from your sgsm folder
