having problem with created rookies in dynasty-please help!!

i created some rookies, and put 'em in draft. but when i drafted them, they all look the same. except height difference, they are all white and bald. Can anybody tell whats going on, why aren't they what i put their appearance as when i created them, what about the hair and different face structures etc.
