Freestyle Dunking

I've noticed that in dunks ( freestyle dunks ).. (not in the dunk comp) when you set the difficulty to all star or superstar the alley oops are easier, because their is a minimal amount of time to get to the ball making it straight forward... all to do after the throw is go after it, and they usually catch it most of the time.

Whilst the normal dunking is harder requiring precision timing after your in the air
