Rookie Game/All*Star Correct Rosters

Can anyone make a patch or direct me in possibly DBF editing the all*star and rookie rosters so that they are correct to this years all*star weekend rosters?

I'll be making those changes for the NLSC roster update, but this might help you out in changing the All-Star rosters (the procedure is basically the same for the Rookies/Sophomores):
