game crashes, help needed

Every time i try to play anything related to the all-star weekend, be it the 3 point contest or just practicing dunking, the game crashes. I believe the crash is caused by the plyrhdr.idx file in the audio directory. However, when i try to transfer the file by itself from the cd, my computer freezes. So it may seem like an odd request, but can someone send me the plyrhdr.idx file found in the audio\speech\asw directory (it should be less than 30kb). Please PM me if you can help, it will definately be appreciated.
