portrait install crash

i tried to make a new portrait for a player i made. i extracter the files from big files of the portrait i wished to use, renamed it and created a new big file with the updated fsh file but when i install it in the sgsm folder or something then in game going to that players portrait game crashes back to windows...

does anyone know what is the problem? i named the files correctly, and edited ebo name thing in the end, but still cant get it to work right

i think this goes in patching issues forum cuz ur patchin something...
