Please help Up & Under move

hi this is my second time posting for up & under help but i don't seem to know how to do it. I only did it like twice accidentally. Please help. THank you so much

You mean to adjust the shot while in mid-air? In NBA Live, players don't do up-and-under while adjusting shots. Instead, they throw a weird-looking shot. To do that, you need to press "dunk/layup" again in mid-air.

Well, sometimes it does look like a weird-looking up-and-under.

i think i did an up and under before too.... im not sure if its the one your talking about...

but what happened was i pump faked my defender.. he jumped up then i quickly tapped the backdown button.. my guy dribbled around and i quickly held the layup button and he put up a one handed or finger roll layup while my defender came down and went into like a stumbling animation as i ran past him...

i havent repeated it since... because i cant seem to pump fake defenders in the air anymore...
