New Ratings and rosters based on stats and player movements

Stats used are of 2004-12-24, all player movements have been done as well.

Since there are no games today in the NBA, I decided to calculate new ratings for my Live Roster.

I did add one big thing, any player who is no longer in the NBA or has no 04-05 stats, they get the bare minimum ratings not their EA Default Live 2005 ratings.

This made sure there weren't players like Whitney who had inflated ratings for some categories.

OK, either you've created every missing player in the exact same order that I did, leaving out the same values for undrafted created players, or you've simply re-released my roster under your name with your own changes.

In the spirit of the patchmaking community, I must ask that you make your own roster update from scratch. It's just not fair to take someone else's work, change it (no matter how much or how good your work may be) and take full credit for it. I'm not trying to be an egotistical ass here, but it's not really fair for me to have created all those missing players and updated a whole lot of ratings, just to have you download the patch, make some updates and re-release it as your own work without even asking me in the first place. The same goes for any patch.
