Game crashes

Every time im trying to edit the "Players.dbf", my game crashes? I havent changed alot really, only the dunkpack & celeb rating - nothing else. Is it possible to change theese settings, without a game crash?

I changed Qyntel Woods - celeb: 4 & dunkpack: 16. Im new here, so who's Andrew?

I did it before i started a new game, and not in a season/dynasty mode. Does that make a differnece?

I think it's the celebration pack but I'm not sure.

Which program did you use to edit the players.dbf file?

I used DB Commander.
I also changed the "Ftritual"

Well, it's maybe the Free Throw Ritual then...

Well, i really dont know anything about DB Commanding and editing, but i know the program works (the basics at least). Am I supposed to edit the database in NBA Live 2005\database\Origdb, or while im in the game?

Edit the database of your save or the Currentdb, that's I always do...
