Allstar/Rookie fast break the way to go???

i know these two modes have been sped up and altered to allow for very little defence and lotsa action. but the way the fast break operates in these modess are more realistic then what happens in regular season games.

sure the defender wont give up in a RL match...but he also doesnt have excessive speed and rarely does the person on the break catching the ball need to turn around -catch ball-pause-turn around. i need to play the game some more..before i can really judge whats going on..but right now..a slightly modified allstar fast break system i think would be more effective in normal season games.
