NBA Live 2005 (PC) question

I have two questions.
The first one is what are the system specs for Live 2005
My second is for any of you that have Live for the XBOX or PS2. I am a franchise junkie, and I love playing with numbers
What is the franchise mode like. I am assuming its not as deep as Madden, but just get me hyped for October 26
