Whatsup with the PC release date?

I thought we "ALL" were going to get NBA Live 2005 on Oct.5th?

EB Games says 10/12 now? I know it's only a week later--but it's still the "principality" of it.

What's going on?

EA Canada: Don't do us, PC gamers, like Tiburon did with the Madden series and it's PC gamers.

3rd year in a row now. im betting that it wont come out until mid november.

Wow. If that's true my heart goes out to you PC guys, I couldn't imagine waiting any longer than I have to!

It's unfortunate, but I kind of expected it. The PC version generally does suffer a slight delay. Mind you, the PC version often has slightly more up to date rosters so we do have things better than the console only players in some respects other than the ability to patch the game.

i think the PC version will come out few weeks after the console version release.

If it's only a week later, then it's still good considering the NBA season doesn't start till the last week of October. But please don't dick us over and release the game on the 12th. I'm sure I'll have something to do the week before anyhow, like playing the X Box version and NBA 2k5.

BTW-Andrew, could u ask Tim if the 12th seems to be the solid date? And when are you gonna drop your interview with Tim?

Edit: Amazon.com shows 10-15... Best Buy pre-order puts it at 10/5-10/12...

Damn, if this is true, I just hope there aren't any more delays. Waiting until November last year was tough enough...

this does suck and it happens every year!! if they are gonna release the pc version late, at least make it better in some way other than just updated rosters...more options or something, cuz i hate always waiting!!!

I'll see what I can find out. About the interview, I'm not sure when exactly - whenever he has the time to answer all the questions and send it to me.

I hope the PC users have working jumbotrons! I just got Madden PC today and I was pissed that the jumbotrons still don't work like the console versions. I heard that the jumbotrons in MVP Baseball PC work as they should. I hope the PC version works as it should.

im not suprised with that delay. but as andrew said Pc version has more rosters update than the console version. let's just look a t the brighter side. but damn i hate that pls don't delay it too long!!!!!! hehehehe

I'm not too mad, I've got Madden PC,Live 2005 X Box and ESPN X Box to keep me occupied for 7 days. Did I mention, work too. The PC version will be the best version anyway.
