Live 2005 alternative cover (22 Total)

I know a lot were expecting to see LeBron on the cover, so I made an alternative cover that you could use when Live 2005 ships. I've done several alternative covers for 2004 last year, so I hope you guys enjoy this year's. I'm hoping to see some more alternative covers by other members, so by all means, post yours here!

very nice! ..exept a part of his head is cut off lol. but they should release it with 2 diff covers :p

The Lebron quality just looks a little bad. If it was smaller it might look better, but I'd like to get my hands on the background and logo to try this myself.

Thanks for the comments. Yeah, I couldn't find too many good LeBron pictures, and I purposely cut his head off, but I'll experiment with keeping the entire head. I made the background from scratch, and here's the URL to the NBA Live 2005 logo:

That's a great cover, I'm trying to erase all around the logo so my loading screens look better. How do you do that shadow around it? Is that the dodge tool?

I modified the picture a bit. I decided to keep the slightly cropped head (to give the "bursting out of the box" effect) but I made him a little darker (thanks Alcoholic and tombz for making note of the poor picture quality) and he's closer to his true skin color.

Alcoholic, the shadow around the logo was achieved by simply using the shadow filter.

It's really cool, I made a loadings screen (did you see it? ) but I didn't have all the time to erase the logo so I had to put it somewhere in the white.

The jordan was is certainly the bestest.

Yes, the MJ cover is amazing. But be realistic, EASPORTS would never use a picture of MJ or any old school players for recent LIVE releases. So I guess that LeBron James cover might suit a cover for the 2006 release of NBA LIVE.

I feel like he used copy and paste. I hevent seen anyone do a dunk like that before.
