can't modify bodies and faces anymore ?!

Hi everyone !

Re-install this game recently (on two PC, one on Vista the other onb Win7) first with all my saves
==> I can't modify bodies and faces anymore
so I can't change tatoos, shoes, headband...

and, even after re-re-install game without pach add-ons or something, just the game in its basic form
==> same thing

so, the game works but I'd prefer have it all like before. I'm sure I was able to modify, even on the non-created players

Can someone help me ?

oh sorry..... so sorry.......
months (or more) have passed since the last time I played

and I just find where you change shoes and tatoos etc etc etc...
