Help with 2x custom numbers

I have been working on a classic jersey, and I can get everything else to work fine (jersey, name, etc.). The numbers are giving me trouble.

1x numbers work fine, but the 2x numbers are acting all weird.

FshX crashes when I try to open the atlac68h_num.fsh file, and nfshtool gives me a bunch of unreadable and/or glitched number files.

I tried using the existing 2x jerseys (from the patches) in game, they work fine. And DOLFFIN shows the numbers fine, too.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but I have noticed that the index file (generated by nfshtool) is kind of glitched, as well.

What should I do to get this to work?
