i have installed so many patches man i can`t reinstall the whole game then it would take 100h more to reinstall those patches just understand..

For future reference, sharing these files via the Forum is against the rules no matter what the circumstances because pirates can take advantage of it. You can always get a fresh copy of these files from your NBA Live disc(s) if you need them but if you're installing a lot of patches and especially if you're editing the game yourself, it's definitely advisable to make a few backups of game files like that so you've got them in a folder on your HD ready to restore if something goes wrong.
