re: roster manipulation

Hello,
I'm pretty new to this but...
is there a thread, or guide as to how i can change/update rosters more easier way than going through each teams in the game and trying to make trades between teams or releasing players to free agency and re-picking them up?
it's sucha hassel.

You could download some updated roster if you want to, there are quite few available.

Yes, you can download well prepared rosters, made by Lakers4ever. Look at this thread: viewtopic.php?f=46&t=61982 Read this thread carefully. You will need a lot of new cyberfaces and stuff, so also download all entire sgsm folder from my post in there. You will find all information about your question right in that thread...

Aside from downloading a roster though, there's no easier way than making the transactions in-game.
